Marketing Assistant - Writing – Arlington

Position: Marketing Assistant - Writing

Our NJ based client has just begun to establish their place in Texas and they are looking for a Marketing Assistant to be hired on a contract to possible hire basis. This position will start as a work-from-home opportunity until a full office is created in the Arlington area.



Duties:

- Manage the website content.

- Work with all marketing materials to ensure consistency from letters, to give-aways, to the website.

- Handle all writing projects.

- Take over the RFP process for new contracts.

- Coordinate with the graphic designer.

- Handle some administrative duties when the office opens.

- Other duties as assigned.



Requirements:

- Strong MS Office skills (this is not a Mac based marketing position)

- 4 year degree, preferably in marketing, journalism, or English.

- 3 years experience preferred.

- Strong self-starting mentality.

- Excellent writing/communication skills are a must.
